Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused with the exception of bows.

All returned items must be in the original packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

Purchaser is responsible to pay shipping costs on returned or exchanged items. However, if an item is defected, we will pay shipping costs.
